B.A.E.R.A (Blenheim-Arpley Estate Residents Association) is an organisation that serves the residents of the Blenheim-Arpley Estate in Penge, London. We are a group of volunteers dedicated to making our estate a better place to live and running projects that will benefit our community. From litter picking days to getting grants to improve the playground and flowerbeds, we are committed to helping create a better, more vibrant estate. Our constitution can be found on our website and we welcome anyone who wishes to lend a hand. Join us today and help us make a difference in our neighbourhood.
Our Story
Current Executive Members: Dave Jones. Jennifer Stephens. Olufemi Falana

We are always looking for more volunteers and we meet 4 times a year, maybe more when the projects get up and running. But you can give as much or as little time as you can, everyone is always welcome.
