Welcome Message

Welcome to the Blenhiem-Arpley Estate Residents Association website. We are volunteers wanting to improve the area in which we live, by taking pride in our estate and removing issues like fly-tipping and anti-social behaviour, we bring a better environment for our families to live in.

We would like as many people on our Estate to get involved, whether it be joining our group or helping on activities held around the estate, we want to make our Estate a thriving community.

Everyone is welcome to join. You can choose how much you want to be involved.

Let us know what issues you would like to see tackled on the Estate, we will make every effort to support them.

The Residents Association will aim to help build positive relationships between The Tenants & Residents, Housing Associations and Bromley Council by working together to help improve the area in which we all live.

We also hope to work alongside any further Stakeholders in the area and bringing more opportunities to develop a better environment on the Blenhiem-Arpley Estate.

The most pressing issue is of course the proposals for the Blenheim shopping Centre. As a Residents Association  we can have a voice at meetings held at Bromley Council,  that's not to say we will get listened to, nor do we get a vote  but we can act as one voice by having a member from the Residents Association being there.

Nestled among the luscious environment of Penge, our community is known for its serene lifestyle. We’re a group of proud people who strive to maintain a high standard of living through events and local services in our neighbourhood.

Thanks to B.A.E.R.A, our residents enjoy countless amenities, maintenance services, and quality living.

We are a group of volunteers wanting a better place to live and running projects for the Estate.  Such as litter picking days or getting grants to improve the playground and flowerbeds around the Blenhiem-Arpley Estate.
